The rules are as follow;
you may only use earth, fire, wind, water
your clan must have atleast 10 members
your clan must have atleast 10 original jutsu
your clan may only have one of the two either sharingan or byaukugan
your clan must have atleast 5 summoning jutsus
your clan must have a symbol
your clan must have a name
your clan must meet all of the above requirements
